ACPDC holds the authority to conduct admission into various polytechnic courses across the Gujarat state. The ACPDC invites online applications only online mode.

Eligibility Criteria for Gujarat Diploma 2023
Nationality and Domicile
Candidate should be of Indian Nationality and should satisfy Local / Non Local status requirement.
Educational Qualifications
1. Should have passed S.S.C (10th) or equivalent examination with Mathematics, Science and English by securing 35% marks in aggregate , from any recognized Board or its equivalent.
2. Should have passed S.S.C (10th) or equivalent examination with ITI Relevant Trade , from any recognized Board or its equivalent. OR
3. Should have passed Class 8 along with certificate course of two or more years conducted by NCVT or GCVT
Qualifying Board
To get Gujarat Diploma Admission 2023, candidates need to have an SSC certificate from any of the boards given below.

- CISCE
- CBSE
- Gujarat Board
Any candidate from CBSE, CSICE or International School Board or NIOS or Sanskrit Paths will be eligible only when and where the study located at

- Union Territories of Diu, Daman and Dadra Nagar Haveli and whose parents are the origin of Gujarat
Domicile
- The candidate’s parents do not live in Gujarat but are of Gujarati descent and have passed the eligibility test.
- Candidate’s parents are of Gujarati descent but do not live outside India and have passed the eligibility test.

The General category candidates should pay the application fee of Rs 100/- while the SC / ST /category-1 candidates have to pay Rs 50/-
Gujarat Diploma admission 2023 Registration Process
- Candidates should visit the official website of ACPDC i.e www.acpdc.co.in or gujdiploma.nic.in
- Now click on the link ” Registration to Diploma Courses”.
- Now select the course you want to apply for First-year Diploma after SSC/TEB/ITI.
- Now Enter the details of the security code that is displayed on the screen.
- Now Click on the “New Registration” link.
- Now enter the details in the registration form such as Contact details, Personal details, ICICI Book Details e.t.c.
- Now you can set the password.
- After that, the Last one is for security purposes you can select your question and answer.
Gujarat Diploma Merit List 2023
After the completion of the registration process and document verification, the authorities of ACPDC going to release the Provisional merit list in the month of July 2023. The merit list pdf contains only the names of the selected candidates on the basis of marks secured in the SSC Exam. For the preparation of the merit list, only the marks secured in the mathematics, science, English are considered. The total marks will be calculated for 300 marks. The shortlisted candidates only allowed to fill the process of choice filling. The choice process filling procedure will take in the month of July 2023. In the case of the marks clash, the following subjects and scores are given preference.

Documents Required For Gujarat Diploma Admission 2023
When Gujarat Polytechnic Counselling starts, some of the documents should be carried out by the candidates for hassle-free admission.
- 10th Class Certificate recognized from Gujarat Board or any other central Board.
- If the candidate is completed courses such as ITI or TBE, the same certificates should be taken for seeking Gujarat Diploma Admission 2023.
- If the candidates seeking admission under the specified category, the caste certificate issued by the Govt or some other agency should be taken to the polytechnic colleges.
- Applicants must have to take a domicile certificate of Gujarat state to prove they belong to Gujarat State.
- The tuition fee should be paid either online or offline.

How to Apply- Application form for Gujarat Diploma 2023
The candidate after satisfying the eligibility criteria Gujarat Polytechnic exam, can apply online mode at official website only. Candidate has to register for before filling the application then login the Application Number and Password. After filling the application form , then pay the fee. Candidate shall take printout of the application and store it for future reference. Gujarat Polytechnic 2023 Online Application Procedure given below
1.Logging to the official website http://acpdc.co.in, click on the “Registration to Diploma courses “.
2. Now click on the link ” Click Here to Apply”, a new page appear on the screen, read the instructions before filling the application.
3. After Select the course, click on the “Apply for / First-year diploma after SSC / First-year diploma after TEB / First-year diploma after ITI”.
4. After clicking the link you will redirected to Candidate Application page, fill the entire academic, study, reservation and personal details.
5. After successful saving the study details, the candidates will have to upload the Candidate Photograph , signature and click on the ” Save and Proceed to Next Step ” button. Once the application is save an application number will be generate, please note them for future reference.
6. After , take a printout of bank challan by clicking Print Bank Challan link.
7. Deposit application fee along with the generated challan in any Bank.
8. Again login to the official website, click “online application for Diploma Courses”, after click on the link ” Applicant Login” appearing as top menu bar.
9. After new page appear on the screen enter Application number and Date of Birth and click Sign in.
10.After click on the ” Enter Fee payment details” button, fill the required details and click submit. Take two copies of printout of filled application . Put your left thumb impression in the given space provided in the print application.
